A few years ago, Jenny and I attempted to memorize as many Bible verses as we could. The first night, we memorised one verse, the second night we would repeat the same verse but memorise a new verse as well. The third night we would repeat the same procedure. By the thirtieth night we still added a new verse but repeated the other twenty-nine as well. By this repeating procedure, we were amazed at how many we could remember. We actually completed memorizing all the verses below, but as soon as we stopped repeating them every night, unfortunately, we began to forget many of them. Being a person who must plead guilty of writing notes throughout my Bible, it was fairly easy to decide which scriptures to choose. I simply chose those verses with the scribble around them. They have certainly been an inspiration to us and we pray that they may find a special place in your heart also.
